Lido degli Scacchi is a seaside resort in the province of Ferrara belonging to the seven Lidi di Comacchio, and it is, together with Lido di Pomposa, the Lido for families, as the tourist and accommodation facilities have placed at the center of their services, offers for the family tourism. The beach is well maintained and offers entertainment services to entertain children and many other opportunities for fun. Along the streets of the center you can find outdoor markets, restaurants and ice cream parlors. Every summer for August 8th the birthday is celebrated together with Lido di Pomposa with costume parades and masked floats.
